Local Family Drawings
As newcomers to Wamboin, my family and I share the fragile and degraded ecosystem of our property with the local mob of kangaroos who have lived here for generations. Subverting the portraits of early settlers, I have drawn members of the mob standing upright and making eye contact , to demonstrate my respect for their individuality and rights here.
